Recently, my little granddaughter asked me what I want to be when I grow up. Good question.... I have spent the last many years making jewelry. As a teenager, I used to dream of jewelry designs, then sketch the ideas before they floated away into the ether of my waking life. I also love photography and writing. I composed my first poem at age eight. I still have the piece of paper it is written on. I even put it to music, which I must admit is a catchy little ditty since I still remember the tune. Funny what stays with us through the years.
